Arriving was a breeze and I remember being so frickin happy and grateful to be on this adventure

Walked around Santiago after being checked into the hostel. Got to know Jean Milian at the front desk and had a convo with Ot at dinner (an older ski instructor gentleman who likes to garden)

First day was pretty hard because I speak very poor Spanish and Maria Isobel speaks so rapidly. Determined to get better though.
Hi Zoe, I've enjoyed reading about your adventure so far and looking at the pictures. This is the second time I have looked and when I clicked to comment it showed more that you had written just after arriving and more pictures. Thanks for sharing and keep posting.
